Brave B'Dohby is a beautifully illustrated picture book for children of all ages. Its message to "live a life of faith not fear to accomplish God's special plan for your life" is demonstrated by B'Dohby conquering his fears by acting on the truths taught by our Creator (God). B'Dohby is quite a character! He can squish himself to slide under a door, bounce like a ball, and move at high speed. My family, friends and I highly recommend Brave B'Dohby to read and to give as a treasured gift. It is a combination of rhymes, imagination, and love of family while overcoming lies, fears and bullies. It reminds me of the best of Pilgrims Progress and Toy Story rolled up into one enjoyable, entertaining, applicable lessons book.

I've never read a children's book quite like this! The story of B'dohby is imaginative and written in a way that children can relate to and enjoy. It has words and phrases that are delightful and spark a childlike imagination, such as: "He dreamt of...swirling starfish and seahorses winning underwater races...and other pleasant dreams..." or "Rhinos do not have good eyesight, and that is why this one used binoculars."
The theme of the book is how to overcome fear. All children are afraid of SOMETHING, and this story speaks to that as you follow the adventures of B'dohby who learns HOW to overcome his fear.
The artwork is detailed, unique, and beautifully fits the locations and characters of the story.
This is best as a read-aloud book that I expect will be asked for over and over again!
